Why is this important to SPS and to me?
Our values have been developed in collaboration with all areas of the organisation. They summarise what we believe in, what we strive towards and what has helped us to be successful so far. Collectively and individually, everyone has a role to play in making SPS a great place to work, a great influence on our local community and a great experience for our clients and customers.
Our vision and values provide guidance on our business goals, our behaviours and how we work. They help us to see the meaning and purpose of our work, how we are all important to SPS and how we can all play our part to drive SPS forward. They also provide clear expectations for how we should all behave at work and help us create a sense of purpose and commitment in the workplace.
