Congratulations to Supervisor Steve Bartley on winning our latest Values Star of the Month Award.
Steve by trade is a Supervisor but since the end of 2022, has been a key player in the Planning & Scheduling Team. He has quickly learnt new processes and has even shared his own knowledge and insight from his boots on the ground experience.
Steve is always keen to take on more areas of the department to boost our capacity as the Hinkley Point C project grows.
Steve’s input and support has enabled the Scheduling Team to invest more time in innovations and projects and has enabled higher quality outputs and improvements to our service.
Even after putting this work in, he is always quick to help our service delivery by picking up driving work.
Steve is the definition of dedication, and he is a huge asset to SPS and the wider HPC project.
