Sian is a Supervisor and was nominated by one of her team members for the way she recently handled an unexpected number of buses and passengers at one of our park and ride locations.
Due a road closure, Sian was deployed to Cannington to control bus and passenger movements. Sian did an excellent job of managing an excess number of buses in a confined space and dealt with passengers politely and respectfully. Despite being challenged, Sian remained calm and professional.
Sian’s actions ensured a continued high level of service, despite the logistical challenges and pressure from passengers. Well done Sian!
