Chloe is our Insight and Performance Manager and leads our Data Analytics Team.
“I am a new addition at SPS and joined in April this year! I work in the data analytics team leading the reporting and bus performance analysis. My focus is supporting a data-driven culture at SPS and providing insight to departments to make informed decisions. Using technology to improve processes involving how data is captured and served to the business. Forecasting future requirements and working closely with the client to provide stats and figures.
I previously worked at Clarks HQ as the Retail Analyst delivering reporting and analysis to support the retail stores performance. While stores and busses are very different! I have been able transfer my analytics skills along with my knowledge about digital transformation, performance and KPI analysis. The last couple of years, I have been studying for a Masters degree in Data Science. My degree focused on data analytics, data protection and digital leadership, I regularly use the learnings from my degree in my role at SPS.
When Im not at SPS I enjoy spending time with friends and family, taking my niece and nephew on days out, I’m getting married next year so lots of planning with my future husband and I enjoy working out either swimming or spinning”.
