Andrea is our Training & Learning Management System Coordinator.
“I joined SPS in December 2021 and work within the Training Department to organise and maintain colleague training records and co-ordinate driver CPC courses.
I am also working on our Learning Management System that is in the process of being rolled out to all colleagues over the coming months. The LMS will incorporate E-Learning within SPS training programmes and provide additional courses and learning material to allow colleagues to further develop their skills.
In my spare time I enjoy holidays away in our motorhome, gardening and reading (murder mysteries!).
Since joining SPS I have received such a warm welcome and support from colleagues across the team. There are many opportunities to develop into different roles and I would recommend SPS as a friendly place of work for anyone looking for a change of career or a new challenge”.
