Kat is our SHE Administrator and is responsible for triaging all safety observations, coordinating safety-related training, producing monthly safety performance reports and identifying trends.
Kat was nominated for this award for the way she has improved the quality and timeliness of safety observation feedback and CCTV investigations into dangerous driving on the public highway by third-party drivers. This tenacious attitude has helped to consistently increase reporting numbers due to the level of direct engagement and ongoing updates provided to the reporter.
Kat’s dedication to improving the safety culture within SPS is outstanding. Well done!
