Congratulations to Bill on winning our latest Values Star of the Month Award.
Bill is one of our Drivers. He was nominated by a fellow Driver colleague in recognition of the support he provided to her after a breakdown in bad weather.
Bill showed no hesitation in jumping to the driver’s aid, offering to take her passengers on a round trip to stay warm and ensuring the Driver was also safe and warm. Despite already finishing his shift, Bill offered to stay with the vehicle until help arrived, so the Driver didn’t have to wait in the cold and dark.
“He just honestly couldn’t try and help me enough and I was so grateful. Bill always has a smile on his face and is such a joy to be around. He’s so respectful to all his colleagues with such a positive outlook. He certainly empowers me to see the positive side of things and be as helpful as I can. I can’t thank him enough for going through every channel to try and help me in my hour of need”.
