Congratulations to SHE Manager Chris Ball who is our SPS Values Star for February 2023.
Chris was nominated by a fellow team member for the way he embodies the SPS values through his day to day work activities.
Chris has a passionate work ethic that includes spending a lot of time with his colleagues to provide support where he can. He is very respectful of others, giving his time for them, and will work dynamically to re-prioritise as situations change daily. Chris is fantastic at bringing across the SPS safety values to our new starters, making an effort to learn a little bit about every person in the room in order to catch up and have safety conversations when he sees them again out and about at work. He also gets to know people to make them feel valued and every one of their actions count towards safety when at work.
