Congratulations to driver Sharon Kerr who successfully completed her 16 Mile Charity Walk on Saturday 18th June.
Sharon completed the walk to raise money for Macmillan Cancer in support of our fellow colleague Paul Hawkins.
Sharon started her walk from the Apex Park in Highbridge to Brean Down and back. Considering Sharon has recently had major surgery, this really was no mean feat.

I completed my 16 Mile walk for our friend and colleague Paul Hawkins and Macmillan Cancer Support.
Paul is a beautiful person , friend and work colleague and is going through an awful battle with an incurable cancer. This man is a tough cookie and an all round good egg who everyone loves and an inspiration to others. He has had so much support from Macmillan Cancer these last months and as we know do an amazing job. I want to give a little back.
Thank you to everyone so far who has donated to me in support of Paul and Macmillan. 16 miles was a very long way for me to walk as I have had no fitness for a couple years and only did 4 days of training beforehand. I also had a fall at 11 miles in but brushed myself off and carried on to the end.
Well done Sharon, what a brilliant achievement and a very worthy cause.
Sharon’s donation page is still open for anyone that would like to contribute. Click here to donate.
